Breakfast for today was a cup of soya with oatmeal. Maybe you will feel a bit weird but it taste nice. For girls who wanna keep fit by trying to cut down their proportion of their meal, you should try that. It will make you feel FULL easily! :)) Bread pudding was today's mainpoint! Uhmm..Sorry for didnt take any photos. Was rushing to get it done and late for lecture class. Will take more pichas nxt time. Phewwww
Although it was not really nice (forget to pour milk on it), but still hubby boy finished it!! Hehehe! He is my white mouse. I cook apa apa oso hubby need to finish it. Yeayyy!! But my cooking skill not that poor lahh..in my opinion, at least wont get diarrhea after eating it. =PPP Right?
And hubby commented that I should put some sugar on it. Okayy..I just couldn't find sugar in my kitchen lahh. Duno where's my hsemate putting it. But overall should ok lo hor? I'll think of other breakfast menu to be made next time. Simple, fast and nutritious! :DD
Bread pudding
Ingredients:
Eggs (depend on how much you wanna eat)
White bread
Margerin ( optional)
Milk (adjust urself:)
Raisins
Steps:
1. Break the eggs and start to immerse the bread fully into it.
2. Steep it until it become very soft (easily to tear off)
3. Toast it! Instead of you don't have oven at home, you can use the pan to toast) Easy way huh!
4. Put some raisins on it if you wanna eat smtg sweet :)
5. Toast it for 2 mins then it is ready to be served.
Easy job right? Yeahh..you can try to make this as your breakfast next time. It just take my 20 mins to bake it. Muffin is the next in my list :)) Hope it will be a success and taste NICEEEEE!!
